O’Briens is a registered member of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) and is consequently accredited to the TrustMark Scheme, a Government endorsed standards scheme providing insurance backed guarantees for qualifying domestic re-roofs and new work. After completing a rigorous health and safety assessment O’Briens is an approved CHAS Contractor. The Contractors Health and Safety (CHAS) O’Briens is also an approved Topseal GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester) flat roofing installer, which means that all roofing operatives are trained in the system and are fully certified. Along with this, O’Briens has now completed training to become an SIG approved installer and a Design & Technology approved contractor. This includes an array of single ply membranes & NordBitumi waterproofing solutions contractor for torch on felt systems.
